So I have raved about the luxury buses. Here is a picture of the latest:

Kuala Lumpur - Bus

There are only three seats to a row, two on one side and one on the other side of the aisle. They are extra large, and with ample leg room, my knees are far from touching the seat in front of me. It’s unbelievable.

The seats recline, of course, and are equipped with a lower parts that come up to support the legs.

I wrote about special carriages for women on the commuter train (I didn’t see any on the subway I took, but I didn’t have the time to look as it came on the platform at the same time that I did).

The picture is on top of the article. The pink marking bear text indicating it is for women only, and the markings are repeated in the platform at the equivalent level.

On the other hand, the train is open end to end, so there no physical separation between carriages. I don’t know if it is respected, especially during rush hour.
